2 Reviews - The North Face: Prophet 45L Backpacking Pack

Cool, large daypack
Used this pack on sunday, fits very comfortably. Seems ideal for gear sports like ice climbing or rock climbing. The double pockets on the top are interesting and are designed so they probably won't wear out the zippers like other packs.

great pack
A good weekend pack, although I've gone out for a week in the fall in the north cascades with this pack. Holds heavy loads well but prefers a medium-sized load the best. Great for back-country ski trips and weekend winter trips. A good all around pack for the price. Great compression straps and the external crampon pouch can hold just about anything in that size range even a 1 liter nalgene bottle. The only way that it could be better is if it had a bit more volume.
